• stateless.zip is a travel management tool. Use it for that.
• Your data is yours. We store and sync it to provide the service.
• Don't abuse the service or try to break it.
• The service is provided as-is during early access.

What the service does

stateless.zip is a mobile app for managing travel logistics — itineraries, accommodations, credentials, and documents. You can add data manually or forward booking confirmation emails to trips@stateless.zip for automatic parsing.

Your account

You authenticate via email verification. You're responsible for access to your email account and any devices linked to your stateless.zip account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at security@stateless.zip.

Your data

• You own your data. We don't claim any rights to it.
• We store and sync your data to provide the service.
• You can request full deletion of your account and data at any time.
• Emails you forward to us are stored and parsed into structured data.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• Attempt to access other users' data or non-public systems
• Interfere with the service's operation
• Use the service for anything other than personal travel management
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate against the API

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Intellectual property

The app, website, design, and code are owned by stateless.zip. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without permission.

Disclaimers

• The service is in early access and may contain bugs or experience downtime
• We don't guarantee accuracy of parsed email data — always verify critical details
• The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, stateless.zip will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes missed flights, incorrect itinerary data, or any other travel disruption. Always verify critical travel details independently.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
